She kept repeating, "go home" and her legs kept walking towards that building, her heart knew she wanted to give up, her mind was too tired to think, her body kept moving, tired of its uncertainty. She grabbed her phone and stared at the screen; she willed herself to act. She gave in to her uncertainty and reached to open the door, she looked inside and backed away. Whatever it was she saw by those empty stairs were enough for her to back out and find the nearest bus stop. "Go home," somewhere she kept hearing those words.
Her legs were tired from walking aimlessly and as she stood there waiting, she didn't know where she was heading. She just wanted to find home.
